I had a great day morel hunting, and a fun Memorial Day weekend feast with good friends. I hope you all had a good Memorial Day too. Check out my pics on Flickr.

Morel Feast! Panko breaded fried morels, pasta salad with sautéed veggies and morels, and red wine and thyme sautéed potatoes, onions and of course, morels.
